Terms of Use

Last updated 19 June 2026

Overview

These terms cover your use of this website. They’re deliberately brief. Paid work is governed separately by the written proposal for each commission, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse and share this site. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated abuse, or use it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

The Forgewright name, brand, copy, and design on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. Work shown under “Selected work” remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with permission.

For commissioned work the reverse is true: everything we make for you — source code, design files, and deployment access — is transferred to you on completion, as set out in your proposal. No lock-in.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and external links are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forgewright is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions? Email hello@forgewright.studio. Forgewright is a Cerberus studio based in Cape Town.
